- We provide "PM" cleaning, calibration, and "On-site" service of your Argon Ion laser system.
- Optical cleaning & calibration of your external SLA optical surfaces within your machine.
- Provide replacement parts for your laser repair needs.
- Provide technical phone support to customers, and non-customers alike.
- Our services are rendered on a "Time & Materials" or "Service Contract" basis

$135.00/hour on site
$ 65.00/hour travel
$ 90.00/hour "in-house" factory (Santa Paula, CA)
Travel Expenses
(Airfare, Hotel, Car rental, Per-diem of $85.00/day, & Misc. exp.)
These are billed together as a separate line item.
Estimates are provided for approval, before services are rendered.
These rates are based upon a minimum notification of 2 weeks prior to
the date of the required service.
For "emergency" calls, that require less than a 2 week response time,
We provide estimates for your approval. |
